Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy applies to manarb.com — our international site, our US site (manarb.com/us) and our campaign landing pages (together, the “Site”). It explains how we collect, use and share personal information, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Med Results Inc., doing business as MANA Regenerative Biotech (“MANA”, “we”, “us”), 1111 N. Brand Blvd, Suite 306, Glendale, CA 91202, United States.
Where data protection law uses the term, we are the controller of the personal information collected through the Site. Questions and requests: info@med-results.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote or a demo, download a catalog or contact us: your name, work email, phone or mobile number, practice or organization, country or state, occupation, the products you are interested in, your message, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
Concierge conversations. The messages you type into the MANA Concierge chat.
Events and webinars. When you register for or attend our events, trade-show booths or webinars, or have your badge scanned: your name, contact details, practice and interests.
Other sources. We may receive information about you from public professional-license registries, business directories and professional networks, our authorized distributors, event organizers, and lead forms you submit on social media platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn.
Information collected automatically. Device and browser details, IP address, approximate location derived from it (country or region), pages viewed, links clicked and the page that referred you — through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see section 5) and our hosting provider’s server logs.
No patient or sensitive information. The Site is built for licensed professionals. We do not ask for, and you should not submit, patient information or other health information about an individual. We do not seek sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, financial account details or precise geolocation, and we do not use any sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.
3. How we use information
- To answer your request — quotes, demos, catalogs and questions — and to follow up on it.
- To run the MANA Concierge and reply to your messages.
- To send you information about our products, training and events. You can opt out at any time.
- To send text messages, only if you opted in (see section 6).
- To show the right regional version of the Site.
- To measure and improve the Site and our marketing, including the performance of our ads.
- To handle product complaints and adverse-event reports and meet our regulatory obligations (see section 7).
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We may analyze enquiries and site activity to prioritize follow-up and to build marketing audiences. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases: your consent (analytics and advertising cookies, text messages, and marketing where consent is required); our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, marketing to professionals, and running and securing the Site; steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract; and compliance with legal obligations, including product-safety reporting.
6. Text messages
If you check the text-message box on a form, we may text you about our products and your enquiry at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
7. Product complaints and adverse events
If you report a product complaint, a side effect or a problem with a MANA device — through a form, the Concierge or by email — we may need to record and investigate it, report it to regulators such as the FDA or other health authorities, and keep it for as long as the law requires. These records may not be deletable on request.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship or a legitimate business need, and as long as legal, tax, accounting and product-safety rules require; then we delete or anonymize them. Concierge conversations are sent to our AI service provider to generate replies and are not added to our CRM; the provider may keep them briefly for security and abuse monitoring. Server logs are kept for short periods.
Where we de-identify information, we keep it in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it.
9. Your rights and choices
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Cookies and targeted advertising: use Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Depending on where you live — including California and other US states, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — you may have the right to know about and access your personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict its use (including profiling for marketing), withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@med-results.com. We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing info@med-results.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will answer within the time the law requires. If you disagree with the outcome, you can contact your state Attorney General. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you may complain to your data protection authority.
California residents. In the past 12 months we collected these categories: identifiers and contact details, professional information, internet and site activity, and approximate location — from you, from your device and from the other sources in section 2, for the purposes in section 3. We shared identifiers and site activity with advertising partners as described in section 4. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
12. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact info@med-results.com and we will delete it.
13. Other websites and social media
Links to other websites, such as Instagram or med-results.com, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies. When you interact with our social media pages, the platform’s policy applies, and we may receive information from it as described in section 2.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; for material changes we will give notice on the Site.
