The Site is operated by Med Results Inc., doing business as MANA Regenerative Biotech (“MANA”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and businesses in aesthetic and medical practice. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it. Product information is provided for professional evaluation and is not directed to patients or consumers seeking treatment.

The Site is not for medical emergencies. Patients should contact their own provider; in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Content on the Site is general information. It does not replace professional clinical judgment, and it is not medical advice for any patient. Devices must be used only by qualified professionals, in line with their labeling, our training and the laws where they practice.

Products, indications and regulatory clearances vary by country. The international Site is intended for audiences outside the United States and may describe products, technologies or uses that are not cleared or available in the United States. The US pages describe products for the US market. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a product where its sale is not authorized.

Descriptions, images, features and prices may change without notice. Images are illustrative, and configurations and accessories differ by country. Quotes and proposals are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Purchases, warranty, training and service are governed by that agreement, not by the Site.

Studies in our evidence library are published research by third parties. A study may concern a technology rather than a specific MANA device, and our summaries are provided for convenience — read the original publication. Testimonials and before-and-after images reflect individual experiences. Individual results vary.

The MANA Concierge is an automated AI assistant. Its answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, legal or financial advice; confirm anything important with our team. Do not enter patient information or other sensitive personal information in the chat. By using the Concierge, you agree that your messages are recorded and processed by us and our service providers to generate replies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Catalogs and other materials you download are provided for your evaluation of our products. Please do not modify, republish or distribute them without our written permission.

Apart from personal information, which our Privacy Policy covers, anything you send us through the Site — including ideas, suggestions and feedback — is non-confidential. We may use it for any purpose without obligation or payment to you.

The Site and its content are owned by Med Results Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. MANA, MANA Regenerative Biotech, our product names and logos are trademarks of Med Results Inc. Other names and marks belong to their owners. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the Site for evaluating our products. No other right is granted.

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data by automated means, or use Site content — including Concierge answers — to train or improve AI models;
• use the Site to monitor or benchmark us for competitive purposes;
• try to manipulate the Concierge or extract its instructions;
• interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or introduce malicious code;
• submit false information or impersonate anyone.

You may link to our pages in a way that is fair and does not suggest our endorsement. Do not frame the Site or link directly to gated materials such as catalogs.

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, such as reviews, videos and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to US sanctions and are not on a US government list of restricted parties. You will not use, export or re-export Site content or our products in breach of US export control or sanctions laws.

We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Site at any time, without notice, including if we believe you have breached these terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site is accurate, complete or uninterrupted. Statements on the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANA and Med Results Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Med Results Inc. and its officers, employees and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site. We may also seek an injunction or other urgent relief in any court to stop misuse of the Site or our intellectual property. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Site must be brought within one year after it arises.

You agree that notices and other communications we give you electronically — on the Site or by email — satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the Site. Any signed agreement with us — for example for a purchase or distribution — prevails over these terms for its subject matter. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may. Nothing in them creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law — survive the end of your use of the Site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
